Description
The Field Training Manager will lead clinical and technical training for the WiSE cardiac rhythm management system, including live and remote sessions, curriculum development, physician and field personnel training, proctoring, certification, and procedural support. The role serves the United States business with occasional international travel, requires approximately 60% travel, and supports compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences or biomedical field or equivalent clinical experience, at least seven years of medical device experience in cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology, implant procedure expertise, and experience managing or mentoring field personnel.
