Description
Levitt-Safety is hiring a Field Training Specialist to develop, coach, and support new and existing Service Technicians in industrial and mining environments. The role combines field-based coaching with classroom training, technical and safety instruction, field audits, competency assessments, certification support, compliance documentation, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in fire protection or suppression or related industrial field services, experience across multiple industrial disciplines, mining or heavy-industrial exposure, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract. The position may be filled locally or on a fly-in/fly-out basis, with flights and accommodations provided for FIFO employees.
