Description
The role performs field and operational agricultural work, including planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, irrigation installation and repair, manual backpack-sprayer pest control, seed processing, shipment preparation, and break-area maintenance. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, be able to lift more than 35 pounds, pass a DOT physical and drug screening, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
