Description
ISS is hiring a FIFO Chef to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster from Brisbane Airport to remote Queensland sites, including Bowen Basin, Brisbane, Cairns, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton, and Townsville. The role reports to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, preparing breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner for residents in workplace villages while maintaining food safety and contract standards. Applicants need Australian Trade Certification or Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, a current or obtainable Food Safety Certificate, high-volume catering experience, and the ability to work a flexible FIFO roster. Meals, accommodation, uniforms, and support programs are provided.
