ISS is hiring a full-time FIFO Head Chef to work from Brisbane and nearby suburbs on an 8:6 roster, delivering breakfast, crib, and dinner meals across Brisbane, Cairns, Emerald, Gold Coast, Mackay, and Rockhampton. The role requires commercial head-chef experience, an Australian Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher, high-volume catering experience, strong food-safety and HACCP knowledge, and unrestricted Australian work rights.
