ISS is hiring a full-time FIFO Village Manager to lead village operations for client mining sites throughout regional Queensland. The role reports to the Key Account Manager, manages teams of 50+ employees, oversees budgets, KPIs, P&L, health and safety, food safety, staff mentoring, and service delivery, and requires an 8-day-on, 6-days-off roster from Brisbane. The position offers a salary plus $10,000 retention bonus, with flights, uniforms, meals, and accommodation provided while on site.
