Description
The File Handler will manage an own caseload within the Military Disease department, specialising in noise-induced hearing loss claims and potentially other disease cases. The role involves reviewing documents and evidence, preparing reports, conducting investigations, instructing experts, attending conferences and trials, handling correspondence and court appointments, and liaising with insurers and insureds. The position requires technical proficiency in NIHL disease cases, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
