The FileNet Dev & Support Engineer will develop, configure, deploy, upgrade, and support IBM FileNet 5.x systems in Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina. The role covers production deployments, troubleshooting, content migration, API and cloud integrations, monitoring, automation, CI/CD, documentation, and coordination with vendors and technical teams. It also includes mentoring, root-cause analysis, and contributing to platform reliability and efficiency initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of API or microservices development experience
3+ years developing or supporting IT service management solutions
3+ years of distributed server platform experience
2+ years of application production support experience
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and cloud engineering concepts
Experience with application and server health probes
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with enterprise content management principles and practices
Understanding of cloud-native technologies and concepts
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
