Mt Olive Pickle Company is hiring a Filler Operator Mechanic I for the night shift in Goldsboro, NC. The role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the Capping and Pasteurizing Department, monitoring capping quality and food safety limits, completing checks and records, performing cleaning and preventive maintenance, and assisting with training and other production support tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, basic math, intermediate computer skills, and company training on qualified equipment; trades training and forklift experience are a plus.
