The Filling Line Supervisor manages the smooth operation of an ice cream production line by preparing and setting up filling and packaging machines, monitoring production, responding to malfunctions, directing colleagues, recording production data, and reporting issues to the shift supervisor. The role requires at least five years of operator experience, technical aptitude, safety awareness, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
