The Filling Operator works at the factory in Schoten, where antifreeze and coolant fluids are produced and packaged. The role involves preparing the filling line by checking labels, batch numbers, density, tank settings, software availability, and packaging materials; starting and supervising the filling process; performing changeovers; monitoring production and intervening when necessary; and maintaining a tidy workplace. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
