Description
The Fill Tech I operates and troubleshoots filling and packaging equipment, performs machine set-ups, changeovers, cleaning, adjustments, and in-process quality checks, maintains production documentation, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires independent operation with minimal supervision, routine troubleshooting, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment. It is a 10-hour second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with a starting hourly rate of $19.00 plus a $0.75 second-shift differential and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
