Description
The Filling Technician safely operates filling machinery, monitors equipment performance, performs product inspection, adjusts machine settings, troubleshoots jams and malfunctions, completes shift-end administrative and weight-check work, and occasionally assists with oil and terpene blending. The role requires knowledge of filling and quality-control operations, basic math, strong organization, attention to detail, and troubleshooting ability; preferred experience includes pharmaceutical, medical-device, or marijuana-facility manufacturing and regulated-environment product quality control. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, is full-time, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment.
