Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Thin Films Engineer to develop, optimize, and transfer thin-film deposition processes for EUV-enabled DRAM technology. The role owns thin-film concepts from early development through high-volume manufacturing, leads process characterization and defect reduction, drives roadmap activities, collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, and analyzes physical and electrical datasets. Candidates need a PhD or MS, at least four years of semiconductor materials or process development experience, and hands-on experience with EUV patterning films and deposition processes such as ALD, PECVD, PE-ALD, or LPCVD.
