FLSmidth is hiring a Filtration Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team designing dewatering filtration equipment for mining customers. The role owns technical specifications, calculations, and equipment drawings; drives capital projects from design through commissioning; partners with process engineers; resolves field performance issues; supports sales with technical proposals and feasibility studies; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, at least 8 years of filtration or solid-liquid separation engineering experience, experience leading technical teams and capital projects, and strong knowledge of mining and mineral processing applications.
