Description
The Filtration Operator will clarify beer from bright tanks using plate-and-frame or cartridge filtration systems controlled through the BRAUMAT automation interface. The role manages beer transfers, filtration parameters, quality checks, batch data, CIP procedures, equipment maintenance, emergency responses, and coordination with the hot side. It is a rotating-shift, union, non-exempt position in Rochester, New York, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, age 21 or older, and at least one year of operator or manufacturing experience; experience with brewery filtration, automation, and BRAUMAT systems is preferred. The starting pay is $21.01 per hour, increasing to $22.85 after six months and $29.10 after twelve months.
