Description
The Final Assembly role subassembles smaller parts in a machine shop environment. Responsibilities include reviewing work orders and picking sheets, locating jobs, comparing them with drawings, gathering materials, assembling parts, inspecting finished parts, and signing off on production and picking sheets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, assembly and shop-print experience, familiarity with power and hand tools, the ability to read shop drawings, basic math and measuring-tool knowledge, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
