The Final Assembly Assembler assembles individual parts into functional subassemblies and finished products, handles small components by hand, follows specifications and work instructions, inspects parts visually, and maintains clean and organized workstations. The role requires careful manual work, fine motor skills, concentration, and reliability; prior assembly, production, or manual-work experience is helpful but not required. It is organized according to the assignment’s scheduled working hours and shift models, with an hourly wage of €15.29 and additional corporate benefits.
