Stabilus is hiring a Final Assembly Operator for its U.S. Headquarters in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role performs final assembly, packaging, and palletizing of finished gas-spring and damper products, including operating pressure-check and grommet equipment, assembling and installing end brackets, inspecting springs, and maintaining work areas. The opening is on the second shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a $2.00 per hour shift premium. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred; three months of work experience is stated as sufficient to become proficient.
