Description
The Final Assembly Technician assembles components and parts into finished products according to instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. The role includes inspecting products, operating hand and power tools and assembly machinery, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, documenting production, collaborating with teams, and identifying process improvements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. The position is based in Sedalia, Missouri and does not offer work-authorization sponsorship.
