Description
Eaton is hiring a Final Assembly Technician II for its ES AMER ARS PDCAD division. The role assembles, wires, fits, and modifies medium- and high-voltage assemblies, breakers, auxiliary compartments, power modules, and related sub-assemblies; performs quality and customer-checklist inspections; handles materials and shipments; maintains Kanban inventory; and responds to change notices and customer adjustments. The position works Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, pays $20.00 per hour, and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and must reside within 50 miles of the work location; Eaton does not offer relocation benefits or immigration sponsorship.
