Description
The role inspects processed printed-circuit boards on a light table for defects such as bridges, breaks, slivers, line reduction, voids, excessive copper, and poor plating, and reworks pieces when possible. It is a permanent second-shift manufacturing position scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., with possible overtime and 4–6 weeks of training on an earlier shift. A high school diploma is required, and the position involves standing for long periods, exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The base pay is $18–$20 per hour plus a $0.75 shift premium.
