James Hardie is hiring a Final Inspection Operator II for a second-shift, Monday-through-Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at $19 per hour. The role inspects and documents manufactured parts, verifies dimensional accuracy and visual quality, quarantines defects, certifies jobs, packages and stages finished parts, and supports production and shipping operations. The operator also trains and mentors Final Inspection Operator I team members, coordinates quality, production, and shipping concerns, and leads resolution efforts. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of inspection or quality assurance experience, and the ability to train others and coordinate across departments; familiarity with powder coating or metal fabrication is a plus.
