TxDOT's Design Division is hiring a Director to lead its Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) Processing Section in Austin, Texas. The role oversees the review and processing of PS&E submissions and Construction Management Plans, coordinates with FHWA and other stakeholders, develops technical guidance, prepares reports and presentations, manages design engineering support, and supervises professional and technical employees. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline, four years of Licensed Professional Engineer experience, three years of supervisory or managerial experience, a valid driver's license, and a Texas Professional Engineer license or a path to obtain one within six months.
