Description
The FQC Quality Control Technician tests materials, assembled parts, and finished products across before, in-process, and final production stages to ensure compliance with laws, company standards, and specifications. The role uses inspection tools, monitors production, documents and evaluates test data, maintains equipment calibration, identifies quality issues, and recommends improvements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with PCBA contract manufacturing, ESD, IPC standards, and workmanship requirements.
