Forvis Mazars is hiring a final-year Tech Risk & IT M&A intern to join its Tech4Value division. The intern will conduct structured analyses, prepare for and participate in interviews with IT, risk, internal control and internal audit teams, identify risks and areas for improvement, and contribute to client-facing deliverables. The role covers IT risk, cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, transformation programs, IT due diligence, data and AI frameworks, and IT transformation operations. Candidates must be in their final year of a business school, engineering school or university program at Master’s level, have strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English. The internship offers client exposure, support from experienced consultants, and a prospect of a pre-employment offer.
