Description
Inetum is seeking a final-year project intern to support data analysis and reporting for IT support data. The intern will extract data from a ServiceNow ticket database, create and update reports and dashboards, clean and structure data, analyze ticket populations, identify improvements, and contribute to process and reporting automation. The role is intended for a master’s-level student specializing in data, IT, or an equivalent field, with strong analytical, data-handling, teamwork, and initiative skills.
