Google Core Labs is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead AI for Finance, building 0-to-1 capabilities and setting the direction for how AI transforms Google Finance processes across reconciliations, Source2Pay, controllership, and corporate finance. The role owns end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps, partners with corporate finance functions, and leads rapid experimentation and deployment of financial technologies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of product management or related technical experience, 5 years taking technical products from conception to launch, and experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. The position is based in San Jose, California, or New York, New York, with compensation of $240,000–$333,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
