Highbeam is hiring a Finance AI Implementation Associate to work with customer brands on cash management, bill pay, and forecast health. The role involves configuring customer workflows, operating and tuning an agentic AI platform, identifying manual workflows for automation, prototyping new AI-powered solutions, solving complex financial problems, and managing customer relationships. The position is based in the NoHo, New York City office and requires customer-facing or product experience, analytical and communication skills, familiarity with AI tools, financial knowledge, and spreadsheet modeling ability.
