Description
The Finance Manager reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for analyzing business performance, preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and models, assessing factory profitability and production variances, and communicating recommendations to management. The role also champions automation and digitalization using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query. It requires a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, at least three years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, digital finance competency, and English proficiency; manufacturing background is preferred. The work model is onsite.
