Budderfly is hiring a Finance Analyst in Shelton, Connecticut, on a hybrid schedule. The role supports the Controller by auditing and reconciling project invoices, validating costs, coding general ledger entries, tracking budgets and cash flow, analyzing variances, and resolving billing disputes with vendors and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in project accounting, construction finance, project controls, contract administration, procurement, or cost analysis; NetSuite and Microsoft Office experience are preferred. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, and disability benefits.
