Glenmede is hiring a Finance Analyst to serve as a strategic and analytical resource to the Chief Operating Officer. The role combines financial modeling, growth and operational analysis, compensation design and administration, reporting, and cross-functional leadership, with one direct report. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, compensation, corporate finance, or a related field within financial services.
