IRIS Software Group is hiring a Finance Analyst for its Commercial Finance team to support Sales and Marketing functions through forecasting, budgeting, reporting, month-end activities, cost management, and commercial analysis. The role partners with business leaders, supports newly acquired businesses, and contributes to strategic decision-making and ad hoc commercial initiatives. Candidates should have experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering, along with strong analytical, Excel, communication, and prioritisation skills; finance, accounting, economics, or related education and familiarity with business intelligence tools are desirable.
