Molex is hiring a Finance Analyst in Shanghai to work 60% in FP&A and 40% in Finance Business Partnering. The role partners with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and procurement teams; leads budgeting, rolling forecasts, and business performance reviews; establishes KPI monitoring and management reporting; analyzes revenue, cost, inventory, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency; supports profitability and investment analysis; and drives cost optimization, inventory improvement, and financial digitalization. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline, at least five years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment, strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP knowledge, and good English communication skills.
