Description
The Finance Analyst performs financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, financial consolidation, reporting, and data analytics to support business decision-making. The role also supports proposal development, basis of estimate, negotiations, and compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP requirements. Required qualifications include SAP or Hyperion experience, system/application experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical skills, and advanced systems skills; a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and 5–10 years of professional experience are desired. Compensation ranges from $65,200 to $168,200 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
