McGard LLC is hiring a Finance Analyst for a 1st-shift, Monday–Friday, 100% on-site role in Orchard Park, New York. The position supports FP&A and accounting by developing standard costs, analyzing manufacturing variances, maintaining costing files, supporting profitability and budgeting activities, preparing financial and operational reports, developing KPIs, and improving forecasting and ERP reporting. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1–3 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or operations analysis are required, with manufacturing experience preferred.
