Smiths Detection is hiring a qualified accountant to take full responsibility for the financial management and reporting of its Ireland entity. Reporting to the North West Europe Finance team, the role owns the month-end close, management accounts, consolidations, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, financial controls, statutory reporting, audits, banking, payroll coordination, and business partnering. The position requires a professional accounting qualification, experience managing a business unit or legal entity, strong general ledger and financial reporting skills, and advanced Excel and stakeholder-management abilities.
