Description
BCAA is hiring a Financial Analyst Co-Op Student for the January to April term to join its Financial Planning and Analysis team at Head Office in Burnaby. The role partners with senior analysts to interpret financial data, perform actual-to-budget, KPI, and trend analysis, support data validation and reconciliation, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in commerce, business administration, finance, or a related field and have up to one year of relevant finance or accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position pays $25.70 to $32.12 per hour and includes a performance bonus target of 5%, with an opportunity to earn up to 9%.
