Description
The Financial Analyst provides financial expertise to an assigned organization by analyzing performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and problems, recommending improvements, maintaining audit documentation, reducing GR&I and blocked invoices, coordinating timely payments, reconciling payroll to the general ledger, and verifying benefit accruals. The role also involves reporting, payroll analysis, and AI automation, and requires a business administration background, financial-analysis experience, budgeting and forecasting knowledge, ERP experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
