The City of San Diego is hiring a Finance Analyst IV to perform complex budgetary and accounting work, including citywide budget preparation, financial reporting, accounts payable and payroll processing, financial-system modifications, internal controls, and supervision of professional, subprofessional, and clerical staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, four years of full-time professional-level experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, or budget development, and may accept a master's degree or CPA-related experience in lieu of up to one year of experience.
