HB NEXT is hiring a full-time, in-office Finance & Accounting Analyst in Lawrenceville, Georgia, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The role supports monthly accounting close and financial reporting, ad hoc financial and business analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, process improvement, accounts payable and receivable, and business-unit financial analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include M&A or valuation modeling, BI tools, AI experience, and ERP or Sage Intacct familiarity.
