RSM is hiring an Associate for its Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) practice. The role provides accounting, technology, and consulting services to private middle-market clients and involves transaction processing, purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash support, month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, process improvement, and use of cloud-based accounting technologies. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management abilities; experience with automated accounting systems and a CPA or CPA candidacy are preferred.
