Description
South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity is hiring a Finance and Administration Director to oversee the organization’s financial health, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, accounting, human resources, organizational policies, risk, and compliance. The role reports to the CEO, supervises accounting and compliance specialists, and supports the organization’s construction, grant, mortgage, home-sales, retail, and nonprofit operations. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based in Olympia with limited regular remote work, requiring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of finance or similar experience, and at least three years of human resources or similar experience.
