Casey’s is recruiting participants for a two-year Finance & Analytics Development Program designed to develop future leaders through three eight-month rotations primarily within the CFO organization. Participants may rotate through Financial Planning, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Fuel, Business Development, and Data Analytics, with responsibilities including financial performance analysis, investor reporting, monthly closing, financial and operational audits, and recommendations to senior leadership. The program offers starting pay of $60,000 to $70,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) company match, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and an annual cash bonus.
