Description
Sterlington PLLC is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Finance and Automation Manager as an independent contractor to support US Eastern Time working hours. The role owns accounting operations including ledgers, month-end and year-end close, tax compliance, AP, payroll, cash oversight, budgeting, and reporting; manages and develops a three-person accounting team; and builds and ships internal finance dashboards, web applications, and data pipelines using AI coding tools. The manager reports to the Finance Transformation Manager and partners with the Controller, with US accounting-practice experience, people leadership, release-level payment authority, and English fluency required.
