Oracle is hiring a Solution Engineer for its Healthcare & Life Sciences pre-sales centre, based in the UAE and supporting customers across the Middle East. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, particularly Finance and EPM, and involves complex customer engagements, solution roadmapping, value articulation, workshops, sales-cycle collaboration, and regional travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 12 years of relevant pre-sales or solution consulting experience, advanced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM expertise, AI and enterprise architecture experience, sales methodology knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic. The position is hybrid and may require additional or irregular hours.
