Bet Tzedek Legal Services is looking for a Finance & Grants Analyst to join their Finance team. This role involves managing grant financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition, billing, compliance, and reporting according to GAAP and internal policies. The analyst will collaborate with program leadership and accounting teams, engage in financial analysis, planning, and problem-solving related to staffing costs, allocations, and forecasting. They will also handle confidential financial data and play an active role in month-end close, audits, and funder monitoring.
