ATI Business Group is hiring a Finance & Operations Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day finance operations for assigned clients. The role oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and accounting operations; monitors SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality performance; manages escalations and stakeholder relationships; leads root-cause analysis and process improvements; and coaches Supervisors and team members. Candidates need 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, shared services, BPO, or a related field, including people leadership and experience managing a large operational team.
