Baselayer is hiring a Finance & Operations Analyst to support its Operations & Finance team in a fast-growing startup. The role combines FP&A and reporting, accounting and month-end close, finance-stack automation, vendor and software spend management, compliance support, HR and recruiting assistance, BI insights, and office and internal helpdesk work. It is based in New York City five days per week and offers a salary of $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus and equity, with full health, dental, and vision premium coverage and other benefits.
