4C Strategies is hiring a full-time, in-person Finance and HR Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida, to oversee bookkeeping oversight, ADP payroll, accounts receivable and payable, cash-flow reporting, budgeting, forecasting, HR recruitment and compliance, benefits administration, and related administrative functions. The role serves as the primary Finance and HR contact for North America, collaborates with corporate teams, and requires finance, HR, accounting software, Excel, CRM, and U.S. employment-law knowledge.
